By using this website, submitting an application, purchasing a ticket, attending an event or engaging with Novaire Circle experiences, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. About Novaire Circle
Novaire Circle provides curated social experiences, private dining events, signature socials and selected community experiences for ambitious professionals.
Our experiences are designed to create meaningful connection through elevated environments and carefully curated guest experiences.
2. Eligibility
Novaire Circle events and experiences are intended for individuals aged 18 and over.
Some events may be designed around particular age categories, interests, professions or guest profiles.
Submission of an enquiry or application does not guarantee invitation, acceptance or membership.
3. Event Bookings
Where tickets or reservations are offered, bookings are confirmed only once payment has been successfully received.
Places may be limited due to venue capacity and guest curation.
We reserve the right to amend event details where reasonably necessary, including venue, schedule, format or guest numbers.
4. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking, tickets and reservations for dated events are generally non-refundable.
This is because venues, suppliers and guest arrangements are organised in advance and places are limited.
Where possible, transfer requests to future events may be considered at our discretion.
If Novaire Circle cancels an event and no suitable alternative is offered, an appropriate refund or credit may be provided.
Approved refunds will usually be processed within 14 days.
5. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward other attendees, venues, staff and suppliers.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests whose behaviour is inappropriate, unsafe, abusive, excessively intoxicated, discriminatory or disruptive to the experience of others.
No refund will be provided where removal is necessary due to conduct concerns.
6. Photography and Content
Photography or videography may occasionally take place during events for promotional or social media purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in photographs or video content, please notify us before or during the event.
7. Food, Drink and Allergies
Guests are responsible for informing us of allergies or dietary requirements before attending an event.
While reasonable efforts may be made to communicate requirements to venues or suppliers, we cannot guarantee that all requirements can always be accommodated.
8. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Subject to applicable law, Novaire Circle is not responsible for indirect losses, personal arrangements, travel costs, accommodation costs or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. Insurance
Novaire Circle aims to operate responsibly and may maintain appropriate business insurance, including public liability and professional indemnity insurance where relevant to our activities.
10. Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
