How Access Works

2. Individual Review

Each request is reviewed individually, taking into account the experience being curated, guest mix and overall room balance.

3. Priority Consideration

Suitable applicants may be considered for an upcoming Novaire room that aligns with the format and room being curated.

4. Private Invitation

If selected, you will receive the confirmed date, venue, experience details, price, and private booking link directly from Novaire Circle.

A place is confirmed only once the private booking has been completed.

Safety and Standards

Novaire Circle is access-led, not open attendance.

Every experience is shaped around a clear standard of conduct, respect and consideration for others. Guests attending a Novaire experience are expected to follow the Novaire Circle Code of Conduct.

Booking Policy

Bookings are personal and non-transferable. A place is confirmed only once payment has been completed.

As each Novaire room is individually curated and costs are committed in advance, payment are non-refundable where a guest cancels, does not attend or is otherwise unable to attend, except where is required by law. where a place is successfully reallocated or costs are recovered, any amount exceeding Novaire Circle’s reasonable loss will be refunded.

If Novaire Circle cancels the event, guests will receive a full refund. If an event is rescheduled or materially changed, affected guests will be offered the revised arrangements or an appropriate refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
