Why Novaire Circle Exists
Cardiff has excellent restaurants, bars, gyms, hotels, and a growing professional community - yet meeting new people in a natural, high-quality setting can still be surprisingly difficult.
For many professionals, social life can become repetitive: work, the gym, the same friendship circles, the same nights out, the same surface-level conversations.
Novaire Circle was created to offer something different.
Smaller rooms. Carefully selected guests. Premium settings. No forced interaction.
Just the right environment for meaningful conversation to happen naturally.
From Concept to the First Rooms
Novaire Circle began with two intentionally small founding rooms in Cardiff.
The first brought guests together over elegant drinks in a relaxed private setting.
The second evolved the concept through an intimate private dining experience.
Each room has helped refine the Novaire standard- from guest balance and introductions to setting, atmosphere and conversation flow.
The aim is not to grow through bigger rooms.
It is to keep creating better ones.
