Novaire Circle Code of Conduct

At Novaire Circle, we create refined social experiences built around respect, discretion, emotional intelligence and meaningful connection.

Every guest is expected to protect the standard, safety and atmosphere of the room.

By attending a Novaire Circle experience, guests agree to uphold the following standards.

1) Respect Others

Guests are expected to treat all attendees, hosts, venue staff and suppliers with respect and courtesy.

Discrimination, harassment, intimidation, aggressive behaviour or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.

2) Access, Identity & Guest List

Novaire Circle is access-led, not open attendance.

All applications and bookings must be made using accurate personal details. The name used to book must match the person attending.

Places are personal to the approved guest and may not be transferred, resold, shared or given to another person without prior written approval from Novaire Circle.

Invitations, booking confirmations, guest-list details or any Novaire Circle identifiers must not be copied, altered, shared or misused.

Novaire Circle reserves the right to request photo ID at arrival to confirm name and age where appropriate. ID is checked only for verification and is not copied or stored.

False, misleading or inconsistent information may result in refused entry, cancellation of a booking, removal from an experience or declined future access.

3) Positive Social Environment

Novaire Circle experiences are designed to feel calm, considered and socially enjoyable.

Guests should contribute positively to the atmosphere and be mindful of the comfort and experience of others.

4) Responsible Behaviour

Guests are expected to behave responsibly throughout the experience.

Excessive intoxication, disruptive behaviour or conduct that negatively impacts the room may result in removal from the event.

5) Personal Boundaries

Novaire Circle encourages respectful social interaction and authentic connection.

Guests must respect personal boundaries, privacy and consent at all times.

Persistent unwanted attention, inappropriate comments, intrusive questioning or behaviour that makes another guest feel uncomfortable is not acceptable.

6) Privacy & Discretion

Guests are expected to respect the privacy and discretion of others.

Personal information, private conversations and guest details should not be shared without consent.

Photos or videos of other attendees must not be taken or shared without their permission.

7) Venue Respect

Guests must respect the venue, its staff, property, furnishings and house rules.

Any damage caused intentionally or through reckless behaviour may result in removal and potential liability for associated costs.

8) Safety & Host Authority

Guest safety and room standard are central to Novaire Circle.

Guests should follow reasonable instructions from the host, venue staff or event representatives.

Any concerns regarding safety, comfort or inappropriate behaviour should be raised with the host as soon as possible.

Novaire Circle reserves the right to refuse entry, remove a guest, cancel a booking or decline future access where behaviour, conduct or information provided does not align with the standard of the room.

9) Curated Experiences

Novaire Circle experiences are intentionally curated.

Attendance at one experience does not guarantee future access. Future invitations remain at the discretion of Novaire Circle and depend on conduct, room balance and overall fit.

10) Acceptance

By attending a Novaire Circle experience, guests acknowledge and agree to uphold this Code of Conduct.
